Requests to reprint material appearing in the Record
which has been written by a Record reporter should be made
in writing to Managing Editor Melinda Marks. Please include the article's headline and
publication date, the writer's name along with an explanation
of how the material will be used.
If the picture was taken by a Record photographer and
appeared in our paper or on our website, you can purchase copies of that image. To place an order, visit or telephone the Record
receptionist at (519) 894-2250 extension 2562 or email your request. You
will need to provide your name, mailing address, phone number as well as a description of the picture, the
date, section and page number where it appeared or the online web address (url).
Reprints can be ordered at 13" x 19", 8" x 10" or two 5" x 7". Pricing will be given in the follow-up phone call or email.
Reprinting Photos
Requests to reprint a photo appearing in the Record
which has been taken by a Record photographer should be made to PhotoGraphics Editor Rod Frketich. Please include a description of the image and
publication date, the photographer's name along with an explanation
of how the photo will be used. Commercial use requires publication name and circulation, date to be used and full contact information. Pricing will be given in the follow-up phone call or email.
Photo Plakmount
Plakmount Record photo reprints and articles, your
favourite images, awards, certificates, promotional material, posters,
your child's artwork, displays, blueprints and more. To
place an order, bring your image to the Record receptionist at 160 King
St. East, Kitchener On, N2G 4E5. If you are adding this service onto a Record reprint order, you will need to provide your name, mailing address, phone number as
well as a description of the picture, the date, section and page number
where it appeared or the online web address (url).
